Knitorama

A Year of Norwegian Knitting Magic

Learn to knit the Norwegian way with one pattern, one story, and one friendly mini-lesson every month – and finish the year with a beautiful e-book collection you’ll treasure.

Join Knitorama and knit Norwegian all year.

If you’re dreaming of learning Norwegian-style knitting in a calm, supportive way – with stories, structure and a real human guide – Knitorama is for you.

Grab your needles, pour something warm in your mug, and come spend the next 12 months filling your year with wool, history and the quiet joy of mastering the Norwegian way, one pattern at a time.

What Knitorama is

Knitorama is a year-long knitting experience for makers who love Norwegian style, slow projects and good stories just as much as they love wool. Each month you get a fresh pattern, a bit of Norwegian knitting history, and clear guidance so you can actually knit the techniques – not just admire them.

Instead of another huge course you never finish, Knitorama gives you one cozy, doable project at a time, wrapped in community, support and a strong focus on real craftsmanship.

What you get every month
  1.  -1 brand-new pattern inspired by Norwegian traditions, designed for today’s bodies and wardrobes.
  2. - A cozy story that brings Norwegian knitting history and culture into your living room, so you know the “why” behind the stitches.
  3. - A mini-course inside a private community where you learn, step by step, how to knit it the Norwegian way.
  4. - Clear, friendly instructions and technical tips from an experienced Norwegian designer and teacher who has worked with knitting design, courses and lectures for many years.
  5. - Gentle accountability, Q&A and cheering from a group of knitters who understand both the joy and the frustration of a big project bag.

The big yearly bonus

If you stay with Knitorama for the full year, you’ll receive a beautifully designed e-book with all 12 patterns and stories gathered in one place.

This e-book becomes your personal Norwegian knitting library – something you can return to for gift ideas, new color combinations and quiet evenings where you just want a trusted pattern and a cup of tea.

Who Knitorama is perfect for
  • - You love the look of Norwegian and Scandinavian knits and want to understand how they are really constructed, not just follow the numbers blindly.
  • - You want to feel more confident with techniques like stranded colorwork, charts and traditional details, but you don’t want to be rushed or overwhelmed.
  • - You enjoy learning in small, steady steps – one pattern, one story and one focused mini-lesson each month.
  • - You miss being part of a friendly knitting group where you can ask “all the questions” and share progress without feeling judged.
