What you get

If you love colorwork and stories, this Yearly Event is your place. Over 12 months, you’ll explore stranded knitting traditions from around the world, with extra attention on Scandinavian colorwork and its classic motifs, shapes, and techniques.

Each month you’ll receive a fresh pattern, a focused mini-lesson inside a friendly Facebook community, and guidance that helps you truly understand how stranded knitting works – not just follow a chart.

## What you get every month

- 1 brand-new stranded knitting pattern each month, inspired by different regions and especially by Scandinavian and Nordic traditions.

- A clear mini-course in the Facebook community where you see how to work stranded knitting step by step: tension, floats, color changes, and how to read charts with confidence.

- Practical tips on yarn choice, color dominance, and how different traditions solve the same technical challenges in different ways.

- A warm, supportive group of knitters who are just as obsessed with colorwork as you are – a place to ask questions, share progress, and celebrate finished projects together.

## The end-of-year e-book

If you stay with the club for the full year, you’ll receive a curated e-book that gathers all 12 patterns and their background notes into one beautiful digital volume.

This e-book becomes your personal stranded-knitting library, filled with charts, techniques, and inspirations from around the world, so you can revisit your favorite traditions and knit them again for years to come.

## Who this is perfect for

- You are fascinated by stranded colorwork and want to go beyond “just one Nordic sweater” into a broader world of traditions and motifs.

- You already know how to knit and purl, but you want more confidence with holding two colors, managing floats, and choosing good color combinations.

- You enjoy learning in a calm, steady rhythm – one pattern and one mini-course per month – instead of trying to absorb everything in one big class.

- You miss being part of a nerdy, friendly knitting group that understands why you care about things like tension, chart symbols, and the difference between Norwegian, Icelandic, Fair Isle and other styles.

## How it works

- Step 1: Sign up for the Yearly Event as a monthly member ($57) or yearly member ($570).

- Step 2: Get access to the private Facebook community and say hello to the group.

- Step 3: Starting February 1, 2026, you’ll receive your first stranded knitting pattern and mini-course, then a new one each month.

- Step 4: Follow the lessons at your own pace, post your work in the group, and ask for help whenever you need it.

- Step 5: At the end of the 12 months, download your complete e-book with all 12 patterns and notes as a beautiful keepsake and reference.
